Topps Pokemon Charizard #PC3
This is a super rare and low pop Charizard from the Topps TV Animation Clear Cards series. The card is plastic acetate and clear (see through). It was a chase card from back in 2000.
Graded 9 by PSA, the card is in mint condition. Awesome looking card and a must have for any Charizard collection.
