This is T-Mac's "Direct Effect" patch card from the 2006-07 Topps series and it features a jersey patch. The patch is nicely textured and game worn as well(not just player worn). It is also short print with only 200 made. This card is numbered 186/200.
It is in good condition and would make an awesome addition to any T-mac collection. Grab it while you can because you will not find another one of these for sale easily given the short print and how difficult it is to find nice T-Mac's patch cards in top notch condition!
One touch magnetic case included and it will come shipped with lots of protection.
