This is Zo's "EPIX" jersey patch card from the 2015-16 Totally Certified series and it features a set of four game worn jersey patches. The patches are the purple as well as the home white colors and all patches are textured.
It short print and there are only 99 of these cards made. This card is numbered 03/99. It's a stunning looking card with max foil shine!
It is in good condition and would make an awesome addition to any Big Zo collection. So grab it cheap while you still can because you won't find many of these for sale if at all.
