This is Ant's "Timeless Treasures Materials" card from the high end 2020-21 National Treasures Collegiate series and it's a jersey patch card. The patch is also player worn which is a rarity for the 2020-21 rookie crop. See the back of the card for details.
Being such a rare card, it's super short print with only 10 ever made. This card is numbered 10/10 to complete the print run.
It's in good condition and will make an awesome addition to any Ant Man RC collection. So grab it while you still can because given the short print you won't find another for sale.
