This is Steph's "NBA Apprentice" rookie patch card from the high end 2009-10 Timeless Treasures series and features a worn jersey swatch (not just player worn but worn at an event). Nice texture on the patch too. The card is also short print with only 100 made and this card is numbered 008/100. An awesome card and hard to find!
Graded 9.5 by BGS, the card is in gem mint condition. It's also POP 5 (only five cards ever graded a 9.5 and one graded higher) so you will not find another one for sale.
