This is Steph's "Potential Materials" rookie patch card from the 2009-10 Certified series and features a game worn jersey swatch (not just player worn but game worn) from his rookie season. Nice texture on the patch too. The card is also short print with only 599 ever made and this card is serial numbered 394/599. An awesome card and hard to find!
Graded 9 by BGS, the card is in mint condition. It's also POP 22 (only twenty two cards ever graded a 9 and a handful graded higher) so you will not find another one for sale easily.
