This is T-Mac and Kevin's "Ultimate Dual Game Jersey" patch card from 2003-04 Ultimate Collection series and it features a set of game worn jerseys. An awesome looking card as well with a nice swatches and foils for finish. It's also short print with only 125 made. This card is numbered 006/125.
It's in good condition which is rare for this era of cards and would make an awesome addition to any T-Mac or Kevin Garnet collection. So grab it while you can because once it's gone, it's gone.
