    Panini Eternal Kobe Bryant #PE-KB13

    This is a real gem for any Kobe fan and/or collector. It's his "Game Used Floorboard" card from the 2016-17 Eternal series and it features a piece of game floor that Kobe played on. It is short print with only 99 made and this card is numbered 1/99 to start the print run (e.g. bookend).

    It is in great condition given it's sealed by Panini and doesn't have to be graded given the factory encasing. But you can also choose to grade it if you wish since it's in good condition.

    These don't pop up often so make sure to grab this one for your Black Mamba collection now. Because once it's gone, it's gone.

    Here are some specific terms you should be aware of when purchasing from us.

    In general terms, you will receive the card(s) as listed and pictured in the images. If these do not match, please notify us so we can review and update the listing as required. However, there are times where we will use the same images for a card when it makes no material difference (e.g. same graded card by same grading company, or same quality/condition card but different serial numbers, same base card of the same quality and condition etc). If you would like more images and photos of the card, please request prior to purchase or bidding.

    For raw ungraded cards, we try our best to review every card prior to listing and will disclose any major defects in the condition description or card description. However, if we fail to detect an issue, please notify us immediately.

    For graded cards, they are graded by a professional 3rd party grading company and the quality and condition of the card is determined by the grader and not by us. We are not liable if you deem the card quality/condition to be not consistent with the grade. We will disclose if there are any major defects with the case the card is encased in such as chips or major scratches etc but please note that most cases have minor scuffs and scratches.

    We allow buyers to make offers on most of our cards but please note that we reserve the right to reject any offers or not respond. Please also note that some cards are on consignment so there may be a limited discount or offer price that we can consider due to thresholds set by our clients. You can make offers on the listing or via messages to us.

    We welcome messages and multi-card deals via messaging. But please be respectful and understand that we may not agree with your target pricing or even pricing from recent sales (e.g. comps). We use our own data and factors in our pricing but in general terms, we always offer discounts for purchasing multiple cards in the same order.

    We also reserve the right not to reply to messages that are disrespectful or are low ball offers. Rude behaviour and language will not be tolerated and reported to eBay.

    We strive to provide the best customer service possible and will answer all relevant queries given we are collectors ourselves but please note that queries outside working hours may be responded to the following day.

    We use eBay Payments and any payment you make will be via eBay. As such, the options for payment including cards and any method accepted by eBay (e.g. Afterpay etc), and any additional payment fees are managed by eBay and not us. You will need to contact eBay if there are issues with payment or if a payment option is not provided to your account.

    We will generally issue an invoice for your order within hours of an auction ending or when an offer is made/accepted. If you have multiple orders and would like to combine the shipping, please contact us if you do not receive an invoice with reduced shipping fees.

    Payment is required within 4 days of your order. This is for auctions and agreed offers, which are binding. We will send payment reminders within the 4 days (as will eBay) but failure to make payment within 4 days without prior written agreement from us will result in your order being cancelled. Additionally, our software will automatically submit a non-payment violation to eBay which will be recorded on your account. This will negatively impact your account health and limit your ability to bid or make offers on eBay. We may also choose to block your account from accessing our store.

    Sales tax and customs duties may be charged by eBay or by your Government in accordance with the legal policies set by your country or state of residence. We do not control or manage taxes and duties and consistent with eBay policies, all taxes, duties, import fees, tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.     We do not offer payment plans but eBay may offer options such as Afterpay and other services that enable multiple payments over a period of time. Please contact eBay for more information.

    We do not offer card trading as we are a seller on eBay and do not have a secure and easy platform to trade.

    For all our listings and cards, we have a no refund policy. This is for all purchases and is consistent with sellers of collectibles and the trading card industry in general. Under Australian Law (in which we operate), we do provide refunds where the order is not delivered, is delivered with the item damaged, or the item is incorrect or not as described. Please note that buyers requesting refunds for "change of mind", "found better price" or general buyer's remorse will generally have the case closed. Please request for additional information for the card where you deem necessary prior to ordering/purchase including requesting additional photos/images or condition expectations.

    Refunds will be processed through eBay Payments or via PayPal where eBay customer support directs us to use that refund option. We do not deviate from this policy unless agreed in writing.

    We ship orders daily (business days only) using Australia Post (the carrier) and unless specified or agreed prior, our postage and shipping labels are purchased through eBay. The eBay Shipping Program will determine the shipping fee, and this is not managed or controlled by us.

    Through Australia Post we can generally ship to all countries and if we are unable to ship to your delivery address, we will notify you to discuss options before cancelling your order.

    We combine shipping for all cards purchased in the same order, or on the same day (within a 24 hour period):

    1. Domestic (within Australia): You pay for shipping for your first card only. Shipping on all subsequent cards is free.

    2. International (outside Australia): You pay for shipping for your fist card only. Shipping on all subsequent cards is free.

    We package all cards securely and they are well protected. All cards are toploaded, placed in sleeves, backed by a one touch magnetic case (where a case is shown on the listing), wrapped in bubble wrap and we use mailer boxes (not satchels or bags) for maximum protection. So, your card will be safe and secure when shipped.

    We insure all shipments, and this is to protect against mishaps in delivery and provide the ability to claim from the carrier for items that are lost in transit or damaged during the shipping process. We may also provide upgrades to express and signature confirmation at no cost to you when we deem this necessary, or to reduce risk.

    Consistent with our Refund Policy, for all our listings and cards, we run a no return policy. This is for all purchases and is consistent with sellers of collectibles and the trading card industry in general. Under Australian Law (in which we operate), we do provide returns where the order is delivered with the item damaged, or the item is incorrect or not as described. Please note that buyers requesting returns for "change of mind", "found better price" or general buyer's remorse will generally have the case closed. Please request for additional information for the card where you deem necessary prior to ordering/purchase including requesting additional photos/images or condition expectations.
