This is Kobe's "Double Diamond Jersey" patch card from the 2003-04 Black Diamond series and it features a game worn jersey swatch (not just player worn but game worn). The card is also short print and there were only 250 ever made. This card is serial numbered 026/250.

It's also in good condition so would make an awesome additional to any Kobe collection. Grab it cheap while you still can as you won't find this card for sale much and there will be no more game gear from the great Mamba.
