This is AI's "Double Diamond" jersey patch card from 2005-06 Upper Deck series and it features a piece of a game worn jersey. An awesome metallic looking card as well with a nice jersey swatch and textured foils for finish. There are only 250 of these made and this card is numbered 003/250.
It's in good condition which is rare for this era of cards and would make an awesome addition to any AI collection. So grab it while you can because once it's gone, it's gone.
