This is T-Mac's "Sweet Swatches" jersey patch card from 2005-06 Sweet Shots series and it features a piece of a game worn jersey. An awesome looking card as well with a nice swatch and textured foils for finish. It's also short print with only 250 made. This card is numbered 190/250.
It's in good condition which is rare for this era of cards and would make an awesome addition to any T-Mac collection. So grab it while you can because once it's gone, it's gone.
