This is Shai's "Rookies" card from the 2019 The National Convention series and it's the rare Silver Holo prizm/holo parallel. There are only 299 of these printed and this card is numbered 195/299. There is some amazing shine on this card!
Graded 9 by PSA, the card is in mint condition. It's also POP 11 (only eleven cards ever graded a 9 and a handful graded 10) which means you won't find many floating around for sale. So if you collect SGA, grab it whilst you can.
