This is Ja's "Rookie Dual Jerseys Auto" card from the high end 2019 One and One series it features his autograph and a set of 2 jersey swatches. The swatches on this RPA are actually tri color and one is a letter patch as well. Truly gnarly and with awesome collector's value (e.g. one of the best set of patches we've seen for this series).
This card is also the Blue version/parallel which is super short print. There are only 49 of these cards made and this card is serial numbered 16/49.
The card is also in great condition and the case is actually sealed by Panini.
