This is the Worm's "Hall Kings" card from the 2016-17 Donruss Optic series and its the very rare Pink holo/prizm parallel. A good looking holo card with a nice potrait of the The Worm.
It is also super short print with only 25 made. This card is numbered 23/25.
Graded 9.5 by BGS, the card is in gem mint condition. This card is POP 2 (only two cards ever graded a 9.5 and none graded higher) so you won't find another one for sale. If you want it for your Rodman collection, grab it now before it's gone!
