Panini Totally Certified Kevin Durant #48 Jersey
This is KD's jersey patch card from the 2014-15 Totally Certified series, and it features a piece of a game-worn jersey swatch. An awesome-looking die-cut card as well, with a nice jersey patch that is textured. It is also the Purple edition parallel, and it is a short print, and there are only 99 ever made. This card is serial numbered 16/99.
Graded 9 by PSA, the card is in mint condition. It's also POP 1 (only card ever graded by 9 and none graded 10), so you won't find another one for sale. If you want one for your collection, grab this one while you still can, because with KD's recent performances, once it's gone, it's gone.
