This is Lebron's "Game Jersey" patch card from the 2007-08 UD Game Jersey series and features a game worn jersey (not just player worn, but game worn). A hard to find card and awesome memorabilia for LBJ.
Graded 9 by PSA, the card is in mint condition. It's also POP 4 (only four cards ever graded a 9 and three graded 10) so this is a rare find as cards in this era are hard to find in top notch condition.
