This is Dennis' "Sweet Swatches" jersey patch card from 2005-06 Sweet Shots series and it features a piece of a game worn jersey. An awesome looking card as well with a nice swatch and textured foils for finish. It's also short print with only 125 made. This card is numbered 022/125.
It's in good condition which is rare for this era of cards and would make an awesome addition to any Worm collection. So grab it while you can because once it's gone, it's gone.
